Gray Mezuzah Scroll Case by Adi Sidler

This contemporary mezuzah is very special. It features a window made of acrylic glass which peers inside of the mezuzah scroll. Please note that the parchment is not included, what is seen is made to represent the sacred scroll placed inside. The aluminum frame of the mezuzah case has been treated with an anodizing process so that the gray color will not fade with time.
Israeli born artist, Adi Sidler graduated from the Bezalel Academy of Art in Jerusalem where he received several prestigious scholarships and honors in the field of metalwork and object design. Adi has emerged as one of Israel’s sought after Judaica artists. Using anodized aluminum in combination with innovative laser cutting methods, his works are characterized by their clean cut, minimal lined and polished look.
